Isn’t it time to rebrand this “Carnival” – unless you mean it ironically of course.
I thought the name was lame from Day 1 and said as much, Lounsbury. That wasn’t my call.
But I continue to appreciate editing the Carnival if for no other reason than that as long as I continue to do it I know that there will be some balance. My standard for selecting posts is “is it a good and/or interesting post?†rather than does it further some particular agenda. I do my best to present the posts I link to evenhandedly. Sometimes I succeed; others I don’t. I have my limits.
