You can’t read these columns in Britain

There are two columns you won’t be able to read in a British newspaper.  I believe that whether you agree with their content or not you should find this troubling.  The first is an article by Alasdair Palmer titled “England:  the day is coming When Britsh Muslims form a state within a state”.  It has been removed from The Telegraph’s web where it originally appeared “for legal reasons” and has been reproduced in full at American Future.

The second is Mark Steyn’s column, “Media shockingly ignorant of Muslims among us”.  It’s available in the Sun-Times but has been cancelled by both the Sunday Telegraph and the Spectator.  More from Tim Blair.

  • Steyn’s column seems a bit overdone. Not trusting overly worked up political columnists, afraid I would have to see the underlying (NY?) Times arty re the stupid Iranian idiot and know if it was in the editorial cyle or a final.

As to the Telegraph, perhaps some further information before the usual Blog Jihad?
