Yesterday James Taranto fisked a piece of campaign literature from the Clinton campaign in his column in the Wall Street Journal:
See what we mean? This could have started as a positive message, touting Mrs. Clinton’s qualifications, or a negative one, emphasizing Sanders’s lack of same. Instead Mook leads by going negative on his own candidate and repeating the charge that she is unqualified. It is as if the campaign is attempting to sabotage itself.
He continues at some length. Political campaigns at the presidential level are big business these days and it certainly doesn’t look as though Sec. Clinton is getting value for her money.
