With Deepest Sympathy

As you may recall I rarely post on local events happening outside Chicago or Illinois. However, the reports of the mayor of New York City having been indicted on charges of corruption in office moved me to post a little sympathy card for the people of New York.

Believe me, Chicagoans understand your pain.

On a related note the White Sox are poised on the brink of unseating the 1962 Mets as the worst major league baseball team in modern history.

Well. You finally wrote on a topic of the utmost importance. What the xuck is going on with my White Sox? This is a calamity.

Fortunately, the Hawks will be much improved this year.

And now, for something completely different. Why do people think Adam’s has suddenly gotten a target on his back? For doing what Joe and Hunter have done for years. Who did he piss off? But careful, he may talk…..

Also looks like you guys might have been better off if the Bears chose Daniels instead of Williams. Little early so maybe he comes around but I dont see much hope for the Sox.

Adams was targeted because what he was doing was different than the Biden, or for that matter when Trump was doing business in China. They also have recordings of him and his staff negotiating the bribes.

I think the Sox need to get rid of Jerry. But……..he’s the owner. Just like the Hawks had to unload Bowman.

As far as bribery. The money trail is there for Joe and Hunter. The fact that main stream media, and you, don’t want to acknowledge a textbook case of money laundering, as obvious as it is, is a separate case of rank partisanship. Still flummoxed as to what sage advice Bidens grandchildren gave Romania………….

Maybe the answer lies in those 20 strange and convoluted LLCs…………

Drew- You ought to send the info to the GOP House. They cant seem to find it either.

I know it is late, but I feel left out. The Feds have been indicting several city officials and private vendors for corruption, and it looks like the New Orleans mayor is in line to be indicted.

  • I have long thought that incarcerating mayors, governors, and presidents should be an automatic part of the process. They should just be imprisoned at the ends of their terms. Sort of like a milder version of what’s recounted in The Golden Bough.
