drumming its fingers and waiting for the 2010 Social Security Trustees Report. I see now that somebody besides me, in this case Bruce Webb at Angry Bear, is beginning to wonder about the delay in the report’s publication. My guess is that one of four things will happen. Either they’ll wait until they have some good news to report, they’ll wait until after the midterm elections, or they’ll skip this year’s report entirely. Or maybe they’ll just publish it when they’re good and ready, darn it. We serve no wine before its time.
After all legal requirement is only a guideline, right?
