Here are the Watcher’s Council winners for the week of July 12th. The winner in the Council post category was my own “Fallacies in Healthcare Reform (Updated)â€. Second place honors went to Bookworm Room for “Sterilizing our way to paradise” and Soccer Dad for “A masterful assuaging”. I voted for both of the second place finishers so I’m pleased with this result.
The winning non-Council post was The Christian Science Monitor’s “Nearly all my professors are Democrats. Isn’t that a problem?”. Second place honors went to David Kahane/NRO’s “I Still Hate You, Sarah Palin” and Rubin’s Reports for “Al-Jazira’s Cartoons: A Glimpse at Real Mainstream Arab Thinking”, for which I voted.

The winning non-Council post was Reclusive Leftist’s “Feminists And The Mystery Of Sarah Palin”, for which I voted. Second place honors went to Rubin Reports’s “The Middle East is a place where wishful thinking gets people killed but makes careers for politicians, diplomats, academics, and journalists”.
