Yesterday I had a grueling 11 hour workday, a product of some planned activities, some things beyond my control, and several clients all going into crisis mode at the same time.
Once upon a time eleven hour workdays and more were the norm for me but that was thirty years ago.
Hopefully I’ll return to something resembling normalcy soon.
My business is odd. It tends to be counter-cyclic in the sense that, historically, my business goes up during economic slowdowns. Financially, last year was the best year I’ve had in more than a decade.
