Last Night’s Dinner

Last night we had baked chicken, oven roasted potatoes, and a little arugula salad plucked from our tiny basement garden. A small luxury.

    I wondered what you had growing in the basement this year.

  • We have the most success with leafing plants, less with fruiting, haven’t tried flowering so herbs and greens. Arugula, red and green leaf lettuce, basil, rosemary.
