Despite the explosions reported by Jawa Report, GEOFON Earthquake Monitor isn’t reporting any seismic activity in Iran. That suggests that, if there have been explosions taking place, they aren’t large enough to be as a result of the detonation of a nuclear weapon.

Sounds like and industrial accident to me or maybe sabotage. Definitely not nuclear.
