Stephanie Gaskell’s piece seems to be hitting a chord of agreement with people, as I’ve heard a it referenced a number of times already.
Seeing this whole Syrian episode unfold is much like watching a head-on crash about to occur. It’s agonizing to witness, spiced with a sense of helplessness because there is nothing the ordinary citizen can do about it.
