She’s a firm believer in industrial policy. I think that was a perfectly reasonable view in the U. Here’s the crux of the problem: Reagan wasn’t a conservative.

I nominated it because I was feeling ornery, lol. I’m glad you liked it. But it’s never gonna win.
I thought it was the best thing you’d written all week.
It’s pretty obvious that I’m politically, well, different enough from enough of our fellow Council members that my submissions aren’t very well received. I take solace in the fact that, if the number of non-Council votes on my submissions were tallied, I’d be the hands-down winner.
BTW, I’m very pleased with new Council member Wolf Howling. He’s a bit farther to the right than I but I think that he and I are synergistic.
Wolf’s a good, thorough, fair-minded writer.
