I didn’t want to make an elaborate meal tonight but I did want to make something festive so I prepared a forestière of ham and mushrooms, pictured above. That’s Will in the background.
It turned out nicely. If I’d wanted to go the whole nine yards, I’d’ve served it with a mornay sauce but, honestly, we don’t need either the salt or the fat so I stopped there.
The burrito looks good, but the highlight of the photo is the sweetheart in the background.
