Has anyone else noted an up-tick in the number of attempted infections by malware? I certainly have. Nowadays you don’t need to go to a porn site to pick up something. Many media sites are serving up phishing and other malware in their ads. I honestly don’t know what ordinary unwary computer users do. Get infected I suppose.
I’ve noticed that newspaper online sites are impossible to view. computer locks up and needs reboot. Can’t even close the window. but that may just be too many ads on old and slow machine, don’t really know
