The 81st edition of the Carnival of the Recipes, a selection of recipes from some of the best cooks in the blogosphere, is now available for your reading, cooking, and eating pleasure. This time around our host is the Egoist of EGO and there’s a Danish theme. I don’t cook Danish but I do cook cajun so I submitted my gumbo recipe instead.
