Jack was born in Canada and on Canada Day (July 1) as a good Canuck he put on his patriotic harness in recognition of the anniversary of Canada’s constitution.
A Canuck, by definition, is French. Is Jack a French dog? If so, he should be Jacque.
My mother’s family is 100% French Canadian, i. e., Canuck. My father’s is 100% English, as in Anglo-Saxon. Half the men with my surname share genetics, and come from a few small villages outside of Huddersfield, England, as did my grandfather.
Which is strange, because Canucks generally despise the English. History. “Je me souviens.”

How do you get him to pose so prettily for you?
It looks easy when you pick the best of a couple of dozen shots.
