Already did. And before the inevitable avalanche of complaints about various boards of election, may I say that the Durham County North Carolina folks did very well by us.
We procrastinated as usual. So we ended up sending for our absentee ballot using an application that had been signed, scanned and attached to an email. Despite the fact that we are in rural Italy our ballots arrived in a week.
Unfortunately the return address was a PO Box so we couldn’t FedEx. So we FedExed to a friend in NC who dropped them in the mail for us.
So a shout out to the Durham NC elections people, and to you Dave for the election work you do. That deeply impressed me last time and when I get back to the States I’m going to emulate you.
