An incredible achievement

Debbie Seder’s Samoyed bitch, Sierra Blanca Wind Chaser UDX MX MXJ NAP NJP, known to her friends as “Sierra”, got her 20th UDX leg to qualify her for the title UDX2. To the best of my knowledge this is the first UDX2 in the history of the Samoyed breed. It’s a truly incredible achievement.

Canine obedience is about perfection and Samoyeds, well, aren’t really much into perfection. They tend to be more the creative sort. I can’t even imagine the persistence, determination, and work it took to accomplish this. I’m in awe.

Congratulations, Debbie!

UPDATE: Debbie was kind enough to send me a very nice picture of Sierra which I’ve included in the post (click to enlarge).
