I passed a charming afternoon at the home of Lexington Green of Chicago Boyz. Friend Mark Safranski of Zenpundit was also in attendance. LG is sharp, intelligent, and quick to produce an apt phrase. Le bon mot. But of course you knew that if you’ve read his stuff at Chicago Boyz.
LG, Mrs. LG, and their charming children live in a nice older home in a Chicago suburb that I’ve always loved, we lunched, and passed a delightful afternoon happily chatting like old, old friends, surrounded by happy children.
I appreciate the Gs’ warm hospitality and look forward to another blogger get-together.
A good time was definitely had by all.
