The Watcher’s Council has announced its picks for the most outstanding posts of the preceding week. The winner in the Council post category was Hillbilly White Trash’s post, “Patriotismâ€, for which I voted. Second place honors went to Wolf Howling for “The Supreme Court: Originalism, Activism, and America’s Future”.
The winning non-Council post was 365 and a Wakeup’s “Sacramento Host Breakfast”, a reflection on the war in Iraq from a soldier returned from his service there. Second place honors went to Right Wing Nut House’s “Honestly, Is John Aravosis a Piece of Excrement Or What?”, a post on the patriotism issue as it’s unfolding in the presidential campaign.
