Overnight we had 4-5 inches of snow and, of course, I was out shovelling at 5:30am this morning. It’s just about time for me to go out again. Another inch has probably fallen since then and, if the snow keeps falling at this rate, we’ll probably reach 8 inches. We might even make the 10 inches they forecast.
One of the great things about my neighborhood is that just about everybody shovels or snow-blows their walks and, frequently, do it for their neighbors. When I shovelled my walk first thing this morning, I shovelled my neighbor’s walk as well. I think he ran his snowblower over my walk a couple of hours later after another inch had fallen.
It’s just the kind of people we are.
I had heard 20 inches was forecast, so good for you. Can’t say I miss it. Stay safe.

I do miss the snow though.
