For some class or other that she’s taking my wife had me fill out a questionnaire whose purpose (I think) was to evaluate my leadership style and mode of interacting with others. The possible outcomes IIRC were Ambitious, Analyst, Democratic, etc. Unsurprisingly, I came out as favoring no particular style—I respond with the approaches that are most appropriate to the particular circumstances.

A previous boss once accused me of favoring the most inappropriate approaches but I think that was because he usually found himself on the receiving end of them
