Last Monday evening my wife, our Samoyed bitch, Tally, and I took our friends Phil and Andie to Ben Pao for the annual Chenny Troupe Take Your Dog to Dinner benefit. Here my wife and Tally have just arrived at the restaurant.
Smile for the camera, Tally! Perhaps some of that smile is because of the tasty lamb and rice dish the folks at the restaurant served Tally. That’s real lamb and real rice. She loved it.
We’ve had a wonderful time. The food was incredible, the setting lovely, the company congenial, and, best of all, we got to take Tally with us.
Tally looks happier that some people I know! 🙂
People compliment us all the time on how well Hunter behaves around their dogs, but bring food into the picture and all that hard-won discipline is forgotten. She will defend her nummies from anyone who even glances at them.
