The graph above was taken from a recent poll done by the Paul Simon Institute. The same poll found that Illinois Gov. Bruce Rauner’s disapproval rate was outrunning his approval rating in every area of the state.
If anybody can figure out who that 9% is who think that Illinois is moving in the right direction, tell me so I can determine what hallucinogen they’re using.
