At 8:00am CDT I plan to restore the CSS I was previously using for this site so that we can diagnose the problems that users of Internet Explorer and Edge are having (dark background). Apparently, it can’t be diagnosed any other way.

I am using Chrome, and it is not working, badly. The entire background is dark, and some of the text is dark and some slighter less dark. Furthermore, some of the quoted text is a different color. For some reason, the text color is not consistent. Opening an individual post produces the same text color as the main page.
Hmm. I am using an up-to-date Chrome Version 74.0.3729.169 and I’m not seeing any of that.
I am on the same version. I was going to restart Chrome and clear the cache, but it started working now.
I’ve been tinkering with it. It now appears to be working under Edge and Internet Explorer (the original problem I was dealing with).
I hate both, but I use IE for testing web applications. It will be interesting to see what Microsoft can do with the chromium based Edge. I may be able to dump Chrome.
Working fine on Safari.
Steve
Looks good to me, Explorer.
No problems here anymore (Windows, Edge), although it was briefly a bit weird for me the other morning.
Never saw any issues at all with Chrome or Edge.
