He’s already said that the accords to which Mexico is a party governing the treatment of refugees are meaningless and that the U. S. economy is a public resource to which Mexicans are entitled. Maybe it’s just campaign rhetoric.
To succeed and survive, Amlo will have to assure the cartels it’s only talk. After the election, business as usual.
