Just a reminder. When the mostly Hondurans in the so-called “caravan” crossed into Mexico they were, at least arguably, refugees. When they crossed from Mexico into the U. S., they were economic migrants. We are under no obligation to treat them as refugees or asylum-seekers and we shouldn’t.
It’s a train wreck. They couldn’t have made a better case (a) to build a wall (b) ask if the US are getting it’s money’s worth in the US relationship with Mexico.
Whatever opinion is about immigration and refugees, I think there is a strong majority that it be an orderly process.
Agree to let them all in on the condition they keep going to Canada to protest Canda’s Nazi-like immigration policies.
Canada is having troubles dealing with asylum seekers already…
