What crappy writing on the part of the WSJ. Exactly how would the Senate bill lead to companies being required to carry people who cannot pay? Our insurance company wanted a 26% increase and PA has nothing like the CA laws. I suspect there is some truth to Wellpoint’s claims, but I also suspect some lemon dropping is going on.
