I’ve previously noted Marc Schulman of American Future’s and Eric Martin of Total Information Awareness’s responses to Dr. Demarche’s challenge to debate the role of the United States in spreading democracy. Blog-friend Mark Safranski of Zenpundit and CKR of WhirledView are the next to take up the gauntlet. They’re throwing a little twist into things. The topic they’ll be discussing is:
“How the use of history has shaped or should shape the role which the United States should play in the spread of global democracy to oppressed or less developed nations.”
