why?
In a photo taken on a rare but clear day in Mexico City from within a park, I would imagine you could see this at any time.
When the picture was taken greater Mexico City’s population was about 5 million. Now it’s about 20 million. I would think that might make a difference.
Back then Mexico City didn’t have the skyline it does now.
