After six days of racing here are the standings in the Iditarod:

Both Sorlie and Buser have checked in to Eagle Island at this point while the remainder of the Top 10 are holding at Grayling. With all mushers (with the exception of Gebhardt) have already taken their mandatory 8 and 24 hour layovers, it’s a race to Safety. The unseasonable warmth of the weather has continued to be hard on the dogs and five time Iditarod winner Rick Swenson has been forced to scratch.
