My blogging week has two regular highlights. The first is preparing the Carnival of the Liberated. Every week is a total joy for me. The second is reading all of the great posts that have been nominated by the Watcher’s Council for the week. Each and every council member hits a home run occasionally. Some of the council members hit the ball out of the park every single time at bat.
Then there are the non-council nominees. Some are blogs that are regular stops for me but occasionally the nominated post is one that I’ve missed for one reason or another or that the nomination gives me another opportunity to take a look at. Sometimes the blogs are ones I’m unfamiliar with and have produced posts so good that they immediately go into my list of regular stops.
