The 30th edition of the Carnival of the Recipes is now available for your reading, cooking, and eating pleasure. This week it’s hosted by pamibe, once again raising the standards for presentation of the Carnival. Among this week’s recipes are gumbo, pizza, and bigos, a Polish hunter’s stew. This bigos calls for red cabbage—I’ve never seen one made with anything but kraut. Hmmm.
