This morning I’ve published a post at OTB on the limits of realism in the Russo-American relationship. Between us we have the preponderance of the world’s nuclear weapons, we each have the ability to destroy the world, and, consequently, I believe that the relationship between Russia and the United States is the most important bilateral relationship in the world. Unfortunately, the relationship has languished for decades due to factors in both countries.
