Here’s a scenario under which Mike Huckabee becomes the Republican nominee which, with a few modifications, I think is actually a way that the Republicans could end up with a brokered convention.
However, the same article also posits an Obama nomination by the Democrats which I find extremely unlikely and growing less likely by the minute. Indeed, I think that the press continues the fiction that anybody but Hillary Clinton will win the Democratic nomination because without a horserace on the Democratic side they wouldn’t have much to report.
