What Difference Does It Make?

The revelation that official business was in fact being conducted in some of the “personal” emails from Hillary Clinton’s private email server, previously claimed to contain solely quotidian issues, are filling the airwaves today. I freely acknowledge that I have lost whatever ability to assess what’s going on in this election that I ever had so I’m reaching out.

At this point what difference does it make? It seems to me that Clinton supporters have fully discounted her lying about her private email server or about conflicts of interest among the Secretary of State, the State Department, and the Clinton Foundation. Am I wrong? What news could emerge that would change anyone’s mind or further depress turnout?

Only difference I see it making are the two camps are digging their trenches even deeper. Will it more the undecided, who knows. The big loss is the idea that government records should be open.
