I have a question. It’s not hard to find complaints about the radical conservative faction in the Supreme Court (Scalia, Thomas, Alito, and sometimes Roberts). There are Left Blogosphere blogs where such complaints are practically daily things.
Here’s my question. Don’t SCOTUS decisions that are 7-1 with the sole dissent being Ruth Bader Ginsburg weigh against such complaints?
Well see Dave, the thing is….ok, I got nothing here. Those blogs are probably best described as Radical Left blogs, if they are bitching about decisions like that.
