The Watcher’s Council has announced its picks for the most outstanding posts of the preceding week. The winning Council post was my own post, “The Iraqi Insurgency Has No Central Commandâ€. I want to thank my fellow council members for their votes. Their appreciation for my work is always gratifying but especially so for this post. The second-place winner was Gates of Vienna’s post, “Children in Danger From the UNâ€. It may, indeed, take a village to raise a child. The UN is no village.
The winning non-Council post was the The American Thinker’s post, “The Jihadi Network’s Fatal Flawâ€. The second place non-Council post was New Sisyphus’s post, “Srebrenica, Kosovo, Unknownâ€. I strongly encourage you to read this post which has a simple message: the acceptance the more enlightened members of the world community of atrocity and aggression perpetrated on Americans will have a price.
