In recognition of the NATO Summit that will be going on in Chicago on May 20th and 21st with all of the attendant street closings, motorcades, and protests, please remember: the Chicago police will not be there to create disorder. The Chicago police will be there to preserve disorder.
I don’t know how many will get the reference, Dave. But you have to admit, its simply classic Chicago history. I love this city so much it can bring tears to my eyes, but this is our heritage, this is our governance.
