No links here, but I find it odd given all the discussion of Obama’s views on Pakistan that I’ve not seen anybody discuss Obama’s previous militant stance on the issue from the 2004 Senate campaign. Given the nearly uncontested nature of that election, I suspect the 2004 interview might provide a lot of insight into his actual thinking.
