This evening I made a lamb pörkölt for dinner with a combination of sweet and hot paprika and it turned out so incredibly good I’m going to have to share the recipe with you sometime. I had braised cabbage as an accompaniment and a little of the red wine from last night. A few galushkas and it would have been perfect. It was pretty darned good as it was.
