My wife and I have had a blessed event. She arrived at around 8:30pm yesterday evening. 65 inches. 135lb. 6oz.
Unlike many such blessings she arrived by car. Yes, my niece Claire, who graduated from college last June, will stay with us during her internship with a Chicago PR firm. We’re delighted.
We laughed! Hopefully she won’t keep you up nights!! Especially since she has to be at her office downtown at 8:00 am—!

Heh, was thinking…wait…what kind of dog is 65 inches….long? The weight wasn’t out of bounds for a larger breed dog….then it sunk it wait a minute…..
Hope your neice doesn’t object to me thinking of her first as a dog. Of course, knowing you Dave being a dog in your household is probably a very nice experience.
