Have the Greeks Voted “No”?

With the polls closed in the national referendum on whether the country should accept the deal being offered to Greece, early appearances suggest that they have rejected the plan:

After 20pc of the vote is counted, Greeks look to have voted ‘No’ with a 60pc majority against Europe’s bail-out conditions.

Whether this marks the next step in the negotations, the end of a misstep in the European Project, a disaster for the Greeks but not the Europeans, or the end of the European Project remains to be seen.
