The Watcher’s Council has announced its picks for the most outstanding posts of the preceding week. The winner in the Council post category was Cheat-Seeking Missiles’s solid analysis on what the McCain campaign needs to do now, “McCain’s Needed New Messaging Strategy”. Second place honors went to Wolf Howling for “A Doddering Fool”, a salute to Sen. Christopher Dodd.
The winning non-Council post was The American Thinker’s “Barack Obama and the Strategy of Manufactured Crisis”. I thought the post was interesting but had far too much conspiracy theory, innuendo, and guilt by association relative to its facts. Second place honors went to St Louis C of CC Blog’s “Obamination: Obama Supporters Bob McCulloch, Jennifer Joyce Threaten to Prosecute People For Criticizing Obama” and Shrink-Wrapped for “Everything Is New Under The Sun”.
