Imagine my surprise early this morning when, as I almost always do, I attempted to post on my blog and found that I had been blocked from my own dang web site. The situation was a complicated, unforeseen consequence of Hurricane Sandy. It’s resolved now. Pain in the rear end.
Prediction: the actual costs of the hurricane will be significantly higher than are anticipated. Second prediction: it will further slow economic recovery.
